So one thing I like to do, especially after a chapter ends, I like to get a discussion going on how everyone is doing, in terms of roleplaying and gameplaying.

I do it mostly because I get insecure about such things and nice things being said about how I'm doing makes me feel better. (Don't you dare go easy on me, though. Constructive criticism first and foremost plz.)
I also like to view DnD skills as something that are never perfected, and these greatly help my self-improvement.
